What is Private Label bottled water?
Private label bottled water is water that is personally yours. No one other than you can market or sell these bottles. You market yourself, and not someone else. Our label is a true "Private Label" - the label is yours, and yours alone...with your logo and in your colors.
You have the entire label except for the required information concerning bottle size, nutrition facts, and recycle symbol. If needed, bar coding can be included on the label.

The minimum order is 40 cases, but Crystal Springs, Inc. is capable of handling any order size, from 40 cases to entire truckloads. However, the best value for the customer, is 2 pallets or 120 cases or more.

Do we have to receive the entire order at one time?
No. The entire order need not be delivered at one time. We deliver a minimum of one pallet or 40 cases as needed. Depending on location, less than one pallet delivery may or may not be an option.

Do you run the entire order at one time?
Yes. We store your labels and bottle the water as it is ordered. If you order on a regular basis, we keep bottled water in stock.

What is the charge for set-up?
The charge for set-up is a one-time fee of $100. This is based on a two-color process. More colors are available for an additional charge.

What kind of labels do you provide?
We provide pressure-sensitive laminated labels using PMS colors on white stock. This includes two colors and white is not a color. (More colors are available for an additional charge) Our labels are water friendly making them perfect for icing in coolers.

What kind of bottles do you use?
We use high-quality 23 gram PET bottles. The bottles come in clear or blue. These high-grade bottles do not alter the rich and clean taste of our natural spring water.

What kind of caps do you use on your bottles?
We use safety caps on all our bottles. The standard flat cap has a single seal around the base of the cap. The sports cap has a safety seal around the base of the cap and a dust cap over the spout.

We require payment to be made at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, a prepaid check or a wire transfer. Upon credit approval, terms can be extended.
